MY STORY
Why Creative Mind Learning Center?
Hi, I'm Craig! I’m a South Carolina native, a graduate of The Citadel, a 9-year Army veteran, and hold a PhD from Clemson University.
Education, leadership, and service have guided every step of my journey, and I bring that same commitment to my role as the owner of Creative Minds Learning Center.
Creative Minds was originally founded by Greer native Mellissa McKinney, who started the center in her home.
After just one year, she expanded into a brick-and-mortar location, and for the past five years Creative Minds has continued to grow into a trusted, community-centered learning space for families.
Today, I’m excited to build on that foundation. We’re preparing to launch STEM-focused summer camps and develop partnerships with Clemson University and other institutions to bring even more opportunities for students to learn, explore, and thrive.
